Rock River Electric completed the full electrical scope for this large-scale hotel renovation, delivering a wide range of upgrades and system enhancements across the entire facility. The project involved upgrading the existing electrical service, installing new power and lighting systems for 323 hotel rooms, and implementing a comprehensive fire alarm system throughout the building. In addition, we provided specialized electrical work for key amenity areas, including ballroom power and lighting, pool lighting and power, and all interior and exterior amenity lighting, enhancing both functionality and guest experience. This extensive renovation covered more than 100,000 square feet across 12 stories, all located in the heart of downtown Peoria. The project was completed in multiple phases over several years, allowing for a coordinated approach to maintaining hotel operations while upgrading infrastructure. This was a standout project for Rock River Electric, offering an excellent opportunity for our team to showcase our expertise in complex, phased renovations.
